ACTIVITIES
On 1st and 2nd April 2022, AIHM will held it's XII Seminar on "Viver e morrer na guerra medieval ibérica", which will take place in Coimbra and Centro de Interpretação da Batalha de ALjubarrota. Organised by João Gouveia Monteiro (registrations: joao.g.monteiro@sapo.pt)

On September 10 and 11, 2021, AIHM, in collaboration with GEsOS - Município de Palmela organised a seminar "Recrutamento e Organização Militares na Península Ibérica (sécs IV- XVI)" at the Cineteatro São João, Palmela.Organised by João Gouveia Monteiro and Isabel Cristina Fernandes.
On March 9 and 10, 2020, AIHM, in collaboration with the Cátedra Extraordinária Complutense in Military History, held the international seminar "De fusta e de fierro. Medieval Armament in the Iberian Peninsula"; the event will take place at the Salon de Actos de la Facultat de Geografía y Historia (Universidad Complutense, Madrid). Scientific coordination: Martín Alvira Cabrer (UCM and AIHM).
On the 29 October 2019 the AIHM has held in Madrid an International Seminar on Military History «Special Operations in the Hispanic Middle Ages». Coordinators: Martín Alvira and Carlos de Ayala.
On the 15 and 16 March the AIHM has held in Coimbra an International Seminar on «War and Religion in the Iberian Peninsula (IV-XVI centuries)». On the same occasion took place the Vth General Assembly of our Association. Coordinator: João Gouveia Monteiro (University of Coimbra).
